Receiving email does not consume points. CPU recognition is charged when it starts, and OCR is charged separately when needed. Repeated requests within one attempt are not charged twice; cloud submission or processing failures trigger a refund for that stage. Starting a new attempt may incur a new charge; review the details in Billing.

Text PDFs consume processing points by page count; up to 10 pages typically uses about 3 points. OCR costs more, and a five-page scanned document typically uses about 23 points. The actual charge appears in the processing record.

Will my local files be uploaded?

Local import stays in your browser. Saving a cloud project or original file uploads actual data to private cloud storage; confirmed PDF enhancement uploads a temporary copy.

Can I choose a payment platform?
