1. Scope
This policy applies to paid Northmeld plans and forms part of the Terms of Service. The payment platform displayed at checkout processes your payment and executes approved refunds according to its role. This policy does not limit remedies required by applicable consumer law.
2. Request a refund
Email support from the email used for your account. Include your order or receipt reference, payment platform, charge date, and reason. We review duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, and material service failures. Other voluntary refunds are reviewed case by case; submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Do not send passwords, full card numbers, security codes, or API keys. A redacted receipt is sufficient for the initial request.
3. Cancel a subscription
Cancel renewal from Billing through the payment platform, or contact support if a self-service portal is unavailable. Cancellation stops future renewals after it is confirmed; it does not automatically refund an existing payment. Access generally continues through the paid period unless the checkout terms, refund decision, or applicable law require otherwise.
4. Used services and service issues
Unused time, a change of mind, or a partially used plan does not automatically qualify for a refund unless required by law or an express offer. If a paid feature does not work, contact support with the relevant order and a description of the problem so we can investigate and consider a correction, replacement service, or refund.
Monthly points expire with their billing period and have no cash value. Purchased points are not automatically refundable after they have been used. When a cloud processing stage fails because of a confirmed provider or system error, its points are automatically returned to the same monthly or purchased balance from which they were charged.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment platform, bank, and method; support can provide the processing reference when available. An approved refund may remove the related paid access. We do not issue an additional charge simply because you requested a refund.
6. Your legal rights
Mandatory withdrawal, refund, and other consumer rights continue to apply. Where a cooling-off period applies, any request for immediate service and its effect on withdrawal must be presented separately at checkout as required by law. Contact support to exercise an applicable right or raise a billing concern.
