How it works

Configure the workspace inbox
Open the cloud workspace inbox, configure approved senders, and define rules for the documents you expect.

Send or upload a sample PDF
Use a representative attachment to check the selected rule and extracted table. Browser uploads and email attachments use the same rules.

Review incoming documents
Review ambiguous rule matches and uncertain tables. Confirm the correct rule and output; merge compatible batches and export when ready.
